These sessions are available on Wednesday evenings between 7pm and 8:30pm—reserve your 10-minute Zoom introduction with one of our owners now. We will e-mail the Zoom link to you by 6:30pm on your Wednesday. Thank you!
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy. Reservation and Booking Confirmation: To secure and confirm any requested dates for services, the dates will only be considered booked or reserved once fee has been paid in full. Payment of this fee is required prior to holding any appointment slots. Cancellation and Refund Policy • Cancellation of the Membership or the First In-Home Orientation Visit will not result in a refund of the paid fee(s). • The Membership fee and First In-Home Orientation Visit fee are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to: changes in personal circumstances, rescheduling needs, or decision to not proceed with services. • Once paid, these fees cover the administrative costs, scheduling, and preparation for the orientation visit, regardless of whether the visit occurs or services continue.
