Service Description

*To secure and confirm any requested dates for services, the dates will only be considered booked or reserved once your first booking service bill has been paid in full. Payment is required prior to holding "as confirmed" any appointment / booked dates. During your First Visit we will finalize how many visits per day and your total bill. Our VIP Members receive priority in booking their dates and on our service delivery. Reminder: Your first visit is a special get-to-know-you meeting! One of our friendly team members will come to your home. They will: • Meet you • Meet your pets • Talk with you about exactly what you need. Collect important information e.g. emergency contacts, location of the main shutoff valve etc. We call this the orientation visit. It helps us understand your pets and your home perfectly so we can give the best care. This visit costs $30. Good news! Then, if you book 6 days (or more) with us after the visit, we will take the $30 off your bill. That means your home is setup with us for years to come and the orientation visit ends up being free! We’re excited to meet you and your pets!


Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy. Reservation and Booking Confirmation: To secure and confirm any requested dates for services, the dates will only be considered booked or reserved once the Membership fee and/or the First In-Home Orientation Visit fee has been paid in full. Payment of this fee is required prior to holding any appointment slots. First In-Home Orientation Visit • The First In-Home Orientation Visit is a mandatory, one-time appointment. • This visit must be completed before any ongoing or regular services can begin. • It allows us to assess your needs, discuss expectations, and ensure a safe and appropriate start to service delivery. Cancellation and Refund Policy • Cancellation of the Membership or the First In-Home Orientation Visit will not result in a refund of the paid fee(s). • The Membership fee and First In-Home Orientation Visit fee are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to: changes in personal circumstances, rescheduling needs, or decision to not proceed with services. • Once paid, these fees cover the administrative costs, scheduling, and preparation for the orientation visit, regardless of whether the visit occurs or services continue.
